Monday June 25 Update

Our fields are looking better now that the rains have stopped! Upickers picked lots of beautiful delicious berries out of the fields yesterday. We are open today for Upick and prepicked berries on this perfect picking day! The season will be short so don't wait!! Our Kasson stand will be open and we will try to open our Owatonna stand. So many other berry farms had crop failures that people have been buying berries as fast as we can pick them. We feel blessed to still have nice berries to pick! Come early in the week if you want to be sure to get berries. 

Sunday June 24 Update

Early season heat and recent excess rain has greatly shortened the strawberry season! It will end later this week, with the best picking early in the week. We still have lots of nice fruit in the fields, but you have to sort through some spoiled fruit. This morning will be excellent weather for picking but there is a chance of rain in the afternoon. We will also have prepicked berries on the farm and will try to open a stand in Kasson (but not Owatonna) as our own picking crew is smaller on Sunday. Saturday June 23 Update

Today, Saturday June 23, we are closed all day for our weekly Sabbath rest. We will open Sunday morning at 8am. Blessings

Friday June 22 Update

Today we are open from 8am to 6pm for Upick or prepicked Strawberries. Sunshine returns today to make a perfect day for picking! Berries freshly rinsed by the Lord-but no mud thanks to the straw in the rows. Our Kasson (1 block south of stoplight) and Owatonna (26th St & Cedar Ave) will be open all day. This will be a shorter season-likely ending at the end of June so don't wait! Just a reminder that we are closed on Saturday for a Sabbath rest, but will open again Sunday morning at 8am. Thurs June 21 Update

Due to the all day rain today, we are closed for Upick today, however we expect to have a good amount of prepicked berries available today on the farm for sale! Our stands will be closed today. If you come in the afternoon, you may want to call ahead to see if there are still some prepicked berries  left. We will be open tomorrow as usual-maybe the sun will shine!
